Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GNC-038 + GNC-039 is a combination of two investigational tetra-specific T-cell engaging antibodies developed by Genova Biopharmaceutical. GNC-038 is a first-in-class tetra-specific antibody that simultaneously targets CD3 on T-cells and three B-cell antigens (CD19, CD20, and CD22), designed to treat B-cell malignancies such as non-Hodgkin lymphoma and acute lymphoblastic leukemia by redirecting T-cell cytotoxicity. GNC-039 is a tetra-specific antibody targeting CD3 and three solid tumor-associated antigens (EGFR, HER2, and PD-L1), intended for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. Both molecules utilize a proprietary multi-specific antibody platform to enhance tumor targeting and overcome resistance mechanisms associated with single-antigen escape. While they are distinct assets within the Genova pipeline, they represent a coordinated strategy to apply multi-specific T-cell engagement across both hematological and solid cancers.
