Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GNC-077 is an innovative multi-specific antibody developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, and gastrointestinal cancers. The drug is designed to engage T cells by targeting CD3 and tumor antigens as well as T cell immune checkpoints. This enables the activation, differentiation, and proliferation of T cells while mediating their specific targeting to kill tumor antigen-positive cells. Preclinical studies have demonstrated potent anti-tumor efficacy across various solid tumor models. The drug is currently in phase I clinical trials to evaluate its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and preliminary efficacy in patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors[1][2][5][7].
