Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GND-03 is a preclinical drug candidate being developed by Gandeeva Therapeutics for the treatment of various cancers. It is an "inhibitory" molecular glue (iGlue™), a type of small molecule designed to stabilize protein-protein interactions in a way that inhibits the function of a target protein. GND-03 was discovered using Gandeeva's proprietary platform that integrates artificial intelligence with cryogenic electron microscopy (cryo-EM) to visualize and target protein interfaces that were previously considered undruggable. As of early 2024, the specific molecular target of GND-03 remains undisclosed, and the program is in the discovery and optimization stage.
