GNS-3545

**GNS-3545** is an investigational small molecule inhibitor of Rho-associated coiled-coil kinase 2 (ROCK2) developed by Genosco, a subsidiary of Oscotec, primarily for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). Administered orally as tablets, it targets the ROCK2 pathway to suppress key proteins involved in fibrosis formation, as demonstrated in preclinical animal models where it reduced fibrosis-related protein expression and restored disease-associated functions. Currently in a Phase 1 first-in-human trial (NCT07225296) evaluating safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics in healthy volunteers via single and multiple ascending doses, with plans to advance to IPF patients.[1][3][5][7][11][12][13]
