GNU101

GNU101 is an orally administered glycopeptide mixture developed by Gnubiotics Sciences as a first-in-class immunomodulatory agent targeting immunotherapy-resistant solid tumors, particularly microsatellite stable (MSS) colorectal cancer (CRC). It leverages the GLAAD (Glycan-Linked Adjuvant-Antigen Delivery) platform, utilizing glycopeptides that mimic aberrant tumor O-glycans (e.g., core 1 O-glycans, sialyl-T antigens) to activate adaptive immunity, expose "cold" tumors, reduce immunosuppression (e.g., ↓IL-10, ↓Tim3+ CD8 T cells), enhance CD8+ T cell infiltration and proinflammatory cytokine production (↑IFNγ), and elicit memory T cell responses. Preclinical studies in MC38 CRC mouse models demonstrate significant tumor volume reduction as monotherapy or synergistically with anti-PD1, with favorable GI stability, safety, and ton-scale production readiness.[1][7][10]
