Overview

**GNUV201** is a novel humanized monoclonal antibody that potently blocks programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), restoring anti-tumor T-cell activity for cancer immunotherapy. Developed using Genuv's proprietary Shine Mouse® hybridoma platform, it exhibits exceptional cross-reactivity with both human and mouse PD-1 (EC50 = 28 pM and 32 pM, respectively), enabling precise preclinical efficacy and toxicity predictions in syngeneic mouse models. Its unique binding to the conserved FG loop epitope on PD-1 provides superior affinity (slower dissociation than pembrolizumab), enhanced pH 6.0 binding in hypoxic tumor microenvironments (KD = 0.9 nM), and strong tumor growth inhibition in B16F11 melanoma (regression) and MC38 colorectal cancer models (up to 73% TGI at 10 mg/kg).[1][2][6]
