GNX202 is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by GlycoNex for the treatment of various solid tumors. It is designed to target Stage-Specific Embryonic Antigen-4 (SSEA-4), a tumor-associated glycan antigen that is highly expressed on the surface of several cancer types, including breast, lung, and pancreatic cancers, while maintaining limited expression in normal tissues. By utilizing GlycoNex's glycan-directed platform, GNX202 delivers a potent cytotoxic payload directly to SSEA-4-expressing malignant cells. This targeted approach is intended to maximize anti-tumor activity while minimizing systemic toxicity, addressing the limitations of conventional chemotherapy.
