Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GO-008 (also known as LCB45A) is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by GO Therapeutics in collaboration with LigaChem Biosciences. The drug targets tumor-associated Tn-glycopeptides, which are truncated O-glycans found on multiple solid tumor O-glycoproteins. GO-008 utilizes LigaChem's proprietary ConjuAll technology to deliver a monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) payload. By targeting these specific glycopeptides, the ADC aims to selectively deliver the cytotoxic agent to cancer cells while sparing healthy tissues. It is currently being investigated for the treatment of various solid tumors, including ovarian, colorectal, pancreatic, and lung cancers, as well as cholangiocarcinoma.
