Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GO-013 (also known as LCB22A or GO-L100) is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by GO Therapeutics in collaboration with LigaChem Biosciences. It specifically targets Tn-glycopeptides on a breast cancer-specific O-glycoprotein. The ADC utilizes LigaChem's proprietary ConjuAll technology to deliver a monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) payload. GO-013 is designed to treat various subtypes of breast cancer, including triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), estrogen receptor-negative (ER-) breast cancer, and metastatic disease, by leveraging the tumor-specific expression of truncated O-glycans (Tn antigens).
