GO-L100 is a monoclonal antibody therapeutic candidate developed by GO Therapeutics. It is designed to target truncated O-glycans, specifically the Tn (GalNAc-alpha-Ser/Thr) and STn (Sialyl-Tn) antigens, which are tumor-associated carbohydrate antigens (TACAs). These antigens arise from aberrant glycosylation processes in malignant cells and are highly specific to tumors, being virtually absent in healthy adult tissues. GO-L100 is specifically being developed for the treatment of all types of breast cancer. By targeting these 'super-clean' antigens, the drug aims to provide a highly selective therapeutic option with a reduced risk of off-target toxicity.
