GO-M100 is an investigational monoclonal antibody developed by GO Therapeutics for the treatment of multiple solid tumors. It is designed to target tumor-associated truncated O-glycans, specifically the Tn (GalNAc-Ser/Thr) and STn (Sialyl-Tn) antigens. These glycans are considered "super-clean" tumor antigens because they are products of aberrant glycosylation pathways unique to cancer cells and are largely absent from healthy tissues. By targeting these specific carbohydrate-peptide epitopes, GO-M100 aims to provide a highly selective therapeutic approach with a wide therapeutic window and minimal off-target toxicity across various solid tumor types.
