Overview

GO-M400 is an investigational monoclonal antibody developed by GO Therapeutics in partnership with Astellas. It targets tumor-associated truncated O-glycans, specifically the Tn (GalNAc-alpha-Ser/Thr) and STn (Sialyl-Tn) antigens, which are expressed on the surface of various solid tumor cells as a result of aberrant glycosylation. These antigens are considered highly specific tumor markers as they are absent or minimally expressed in normal tissues. GO-M400 is designed to selectively bind to these 'super-clean' antigens to treat multiple solid tumors while reducing potential toxicity to healthy cells.
