Overview

GO-R800 is an investigational monoclonal antibody developed by GO Therapeutics for the treatment of multiple solid tumors. It is part of a therapeutic platform that targets tumor-associated truncated O-glycans, specifically the Tn (N-acetylgalactosamine-serine/threonine) and STn (Sialyl-Tn) antigens. These glycans are considered highly specific tumor markers because they are frequently overexpressed in various cancers due to aberrant glycosylation but are absent or minimally expressed in healthy tissues. By targeting these "super-clean" antigens, GO-R800 is designed to selectively bind and eliminate malignant cells while minimizing off-target toxicity. The program is currently in early-stage development.
