GO-R990

GO-R990 is a preclinical-stage monoclonal antibody being developed by GO Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapeutic is designed to target tumor-associated truncated O-glycans, specifically the Tn and STn antigens. These carbohydrate structures are found on cancer-specific O-linked glycoproteins and are considered "super-clean" tumor antigens because they are typically absent or masked in healthy tissues. GO-R990 is part of a platform focused on creating novel antibody-based treatments for previously intractable solid tumors by targeting these cancer-specific glycan modifications that occur during oncogenesis.
