Overview

GO321 is a recombinant oncolytic virus developed by GeneSail Biotech (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. for the treatment of advanced refractory solid tumors. It is designed to selectively infect and replicate within malignant cells, leading to direct oncolysis and the release of tumor-associated antigens. This process, combined with the potential expression of therapeutic transgenes, stimulates a systemic anti-tumor immune response. GO321 is currently being evaluated in Phase I clinical trials involving intratumoral or intracavitary administration to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients who have progressed after standard-of-care therapies.
