Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Gocatamig + atezolizumab is a combination investigational regimen comprising gocatamig (MK-6070), a trispecific, half-life extended T cell engager targeting DLL3, and atezolizumab, an anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibody. Gocatamig is designed to bind DLL3-expressing tumor cells and engage T cells to enhance antitumor immunity. Atezolizumab blocks PD-L1, reactivating T-cell mediated immune responses against tumors. This combination is under investigation for synergistic immuno-oncology activity, primarily in extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (SCLC) due to the frequent expression of DLL3 and PD-L1 in this disease context[7]. Clinical studies are ongoing to evaluate safety, antitumor efficacy, and immunological effects.
