Overview

GoH3 (also known as NKI-GoH3) is a rat monoclonal antibody (isotype IgG2a) that specifically targets the extracellular domain of the integrin alpha-6 subunit (CD49f, ITGA6). Originally developed at the Netherlands Cancer Institute, GoH3 is widely utilized as a research reagent to block the interaction between integrin alpha-6 (which forms heterodimers such as alpha-6/beta-1 and alpha-6/beta-4) and its ligand, laminin. It has been extensively studied in preclinical research models to investigate cell adhesion, migration, branching morphogenesis, gamete fusion, and tumor metastasis.
