Overview

**GolcAza** is an investigational oral combination regimen of golcadomide and azacitidine being evaluated by LYSARC in the PLATFORM trial for relapsed or refractory follicular helper T-cell lymphoma, including angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma and other TFH-phenotype peripheral T-cell lymphomas. Golcadomide is a cereblon E3-ligase modulator that promotes degradation of the lymphoid transcription factors Ikaros and Aiolos, producing direct antitumor and immunomodulatory activity. Azacitidine is a hypomethylating nucleoside analog that inhibits DNA methyltransferases and is incorporated into nucleic acids, promoting DNA hypomethylation and cytotoxicity in malignant cells. The GolcAza substudy is a phase 1 dose-finding evaluation of the combination.
