Overview
Gonadil-F is a multi-component nutraceutical and dietary supplement developed by Getz Bros. & Company (Getz Pharma) to support male reproductive health, enhance libido, and manage male infertility. It is formulated as an oral capsule containing a synergistic combination of *Tribulus terrestris* extract, L-Opti Zinc (zinc monomethionine), Vitamin E (tocopherol), and selenium. *Tribulus terrestris* extract, standardized for the active saponin protodioscin, is believed to stimulate endogenous testosterone production by increasing luteinizing hormone (LH) levels and promoting nitric oxide release in the corpus cavernosum. L-Opti Zinc provides highly bioavailable zinc essential for spermatogenesis and testosterone synthesis, while Vitamin E and selenium act as potent antioxidants that protect developing sperm from oxidative stress and maintain cellular integrity. Gonadil-F is approved and marketed in Pakistan for indications such as oligospermia, asthenozoospermia, erectile dysfunction, and general male vitality.
