It also supports corpus luteum function for early pregnancy maintenance[7]. - **Progesterone:** A steroid hormone essential for preparing the endometrium for implantation and maintaining early pregnancy. This multi-hormonal regimen is typically used as part of complex fertility protocols such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), where precise control over ovulation induction, egg maturation, luteal support, and synchronization with embryo transfer are required. Each component plays a distinct role at different stages of the cycle to maximize chances of successful conception.
