goserelin + ribociclib

Goserelin + ribociclib is a combination therapy used primarily for hormone receptor-positive (HR+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2-) breast cancer. Goserelin is an LHRH agonist that suppresses ovarian hormone production in premenopausal women, while ribociclib is a selective CDK4/6 inhibitor that blocks cell cycle progression. This combination is typically used with aromatase inhibitors (letrozole or anastrozole) in premenopausal or perimenopausal women with advanced or metastatic breast cancer.
