**Goshuyuto** is a traditional Japanese Kampo (herbal medicine) formula composed of the extracts of four medicinal herbs: Evodiae Fructus, Ginseng Radix, Zingiberis Rhizoma, and Zizyphi Fructus. It is primarily used for the prevention and treatment of chronic headaches (including migraine), nausea, beriberi, heart failure, and autonomic nervous imbalance. Clinical studies show efficacy in reducing headache episodes and improving associated symptoms[1][9][10][13].
