GP is a preclinical-stage small molecule inhibitor of the Wnt signaling pathway currently under development by JW Pharmaceutical for the treatment of various cancers. The Wnt signaling pathway is a critical regulator of cell proliferation, differentiation, and tissue homeostasis; however, its aberrant activation is a well-documented driver of oncogenesis, tumor progression, and therapeutic resistance in multiple malignancies.
