Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GP + penpulimab + anlotinib is a combination therapy consisting of gemcitabine plus platinum (GP) chemotherapy, penpulimab (an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody), and anlotinib (a multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor). Penpulimab is an IgG1 antibody that blocks PD-1 to enhance T-cell anti-tumor activity while lacking Fcγ receptor binding to reduce antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. Anlotinib inhibits various kinases involved in angiogenesis and tumor cell proliferation, including VEGFR, FGFR, PDGFR, and c-Kit. This triple combination approach combines traditional chemotherapy with immunotherapy and anti-angiogenic therapy for potential synergistic effects in cancer treatment.
