**gp100:209-217** is an investigational synthetic tumor-associated antigen peptide vaccine component derived from glycoprotein 100. In the NYU Langone Health Phase I pediatric central nervous system tumor study, it was administered by subcutaneous injection as one of four tumor-associated peptide antigens in a Montanide ISA-51VG-adjuvanted vaccine regimen.
