gpASIT+ + DnaK is an investigational allergen-specific immunotherapy (AIT) combination developed by BioTech Tools S.A. for the treatment of grass pollen-induced seasonal allergic rhinoconjunctivitis (hay fever). The therapy consists of gpASIT+, a peptide hydrolysate derived from Lolium perenne (ryegrass) pollen, formulated with DnaK, a bacterial heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) that acts as an immunoregulating adjuvant. DnaK is intended to reduce inflammation and enhance the immune system's tolerance to allergens. In Phase IIa clinical trials, the combination demonstrated safety and immunogenicity, characterized by the induction of allergen-specific IgG4 and IgG-associated blocking antibodies, which modulate the allergic response.
