Overview
GPC3 ASPIRE-T is an investigational, next-generation engineered T-cell therapy targeting glypican-3 (GPC3), currently in preclinical development by TCRCure Biotech for the treatment of solid tumors, including liver cancer and lung cancer. The therapy is developed using TCRCure's proprietary ASPIRE-T platform, which redirects the TCR/CD3 complex to overcome the limitations of conventional CAR-T and TCR-T therapies, aiming to deliver a robust, sustained, and safer immune response against solid tumors.
