Overview
GPN00833 (APP13007) is a novel ophthalmic nanosuspension eye drop formulation containing clobetasol propionate (0.05%), a potent corticosteroid. It is designed for the treatment of post-operative inflammation and pain following ocular surgery, such as cataract surgery.
