Overview

GPN01530-2 is a radiopharmaceutical drug conjugate (RDC) targeting Fibroblast Activation Protein (FAP), currently under development by Grand Pharma (宏遠藥業) with early R&D support from Serilink Biotechnology. The agent is designed for the diagnostic imaging and evaluation of solid tumors, leveraging the high expression of FAP on cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) within the tumor microenvironment. GPN01530-2 has received Fast Track Designation from the U.S. FDA and is being evaluated in Phase 1/2 clinical trials to assess its safety and efficacy as a diagnostic tool for visualizing various solid malignancies.
