Overview

GPN02006 is a diagnostic radionuclide-drug conjugate (RDC) and radiopharmaceutical targeting glypican-3 (GPC-3) for the detection and diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Developed through a collaboration between Grand Pharmaceutical Group, Wuhan Ruidifu Biotechnology, and Jecho Laboratories, the agent utilizes radionuclide-antibody conjugation technology. GPC-3 is an oncofetal antigen that is highly expressed on the surface of HCC cells but is absent in normal adult liver tissue, providing high specificity for tumor imaging. GPN02006 is designed for use with positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) or positron emission tomography/magnetic resonance imaging (PET/MRI) to facilitate the accurate localization, staging, and diagnostic evaluation of patients with suspected or confirmed HCC.
