Overview

GPR-001 is a small molecule modulator of the G protein-coupled receptor 55 (GPR55) currently in the lead optimization stage of development by Omic Analytics. The drug is being developed for the treatment of inflammatory pain and sickle-cell vaso-occlusive crisis (VOC). By targeting GPR55, a receptor implicated in pain signaling and inflammatory processes, GPR-001 aims to provide a novel therapeutic approach for managing acute and chronic pain conditions as well as the severe complications associated with sickle cell disease.
