Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GQ1003 is a preclinical antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting the tumor-associated antigen TROP2, being developed by GeneQuantum Healthcare to treat solid tumors including breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, and other TROP2-expressing malignancies.[3][5][7][13] The ADC employs GeneQuantum’s proprietary intelligent Ligase Dependent Conjugation (iLDC) platform to site-specifically link a cytotoxic payload to a TROP2-directed antibody, aiming to improve conjugate homogeneity, stability, and therapeutic index relative to earlier TROP2 ADCs.[3][5][13] GQ1003 is in the discovery to preclinical stage with no disclosed clinical trials, and Samsung Biologics has been engaged as a development and manufacturing partner for this program.[3][7]
