Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GQ1010 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting trophoblast cell surface antigen 2 (TROP2), developed by GeneQuantum Healthcare. It utilizes the proprietary intelligent Ligase-Dependent Conjugation (iLDC) technology platform, which features site-specific enzymatic conjugation to ensure a precise drug-to-antibody ratio. The ADC is composed of a TROP2-targeting monoclonal antibody linked to a next-generation camptothecin analogue, which acts as a Topoisomerase I inhibitor, via a cleavable open-ring linker. Preclinical data suggest that GQ1010 possesses enhanced stability and a broader therapeutic window compared to other TROP2-targeted ADCs. It is currently being evaluated in Phase I/II clinical trials for a variety of advanced solid tumors, including breast, gastric, and gynecological cancers.
