Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**GQ1011 + AMB302** is a first-in-class **FGFR3-targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC)** co-developed by **Aimed Bio** and **GeneQuantum Healthcare**. It comprises an anti-FGFR3 monoclonal antibody (AMB302) conjugated via GeneQuantum's proprietary linker to a topoisomerase 1 inhibitor (GQ1011 payload). The ADC demonstrates potent anti-tumor efficacy in preclinical models of **bladder cancer** (including FGFR3-TACC3 fusion models, superior to a discontinued Eli Lilly ADC) and **glioblastoma multiforme (GBM)** orthotopic PDX models, with potential synergy alongside immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI). It shows excellent tolerability at high doses (30-80 mg/kg) in non-human primates (NHP) and rodents with no significant toxicity, supporting an IND submission planned for 1H 2024 (US IND approved Nov 2024). Primary indications target FGFR3-overexpressing or altered solid tumors, positioning it as a novel therapy for unmet needs in oncology.[1][2][3][5][8][9][10]
