Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GQ1030 is a next-generation antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3), developed by GeneQuantum Healthcare. It was engineered using the company's proprietary iGDC™ and iLDC™ enzymatic site-specific conjugation platforms, which facilitate the high-throughput synthesis of ADC libraries with various antibody formats, linkers, and payloads. DLL3 is an inhibitory Notch ligand that is selectively expressed on the surface of small cell lung cancer (SCLC) cells but absent in normal tissues, making it a highly specific therapeutic target. Preclinical studies have shown that GQ1030 possesses potent cytotoxicity in DLL3-positive cell lines and robust antitumor activity in both cell-derived xenograft (CDX) and patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models of SCLC, demonstrating potential as a best-in-class treatment for lung cancer.
