GQ1033 is a next-generation bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting both the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and the hepatocyte growth factor receptor (cMET). Developed by GeneQuantum Healthcare using its proprietary iGDC™ and iLDC™ enzymatic site-specific conjugation platforms, GQ1033 is designed to overcome resistance to EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), where cMET bypass signaling is a common resistance mechanism. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that GQ1033 possesses potent cytotoxicity and significant antitumor activity in various models, including osimertinib-resistant patient-derived xenografts (PDX), where it achieved an objective response rate of approximately 70%.
