Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GQ1035 is a first-in-class antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by GeneQuantum Biosciences targeting a novel, undisclosed cell-surface antigen (referred to as Target A) for the treatment of gastric and ovarian cancers. Discovered using the iScreener™ high-throughput conjugation platform, which utilizes proprietary iLDC™ and iGDC™ technologies, GQ1035 was selected from a library of approximately 150 candidates. The ADC features a Topoisomerase I inhibitor (TopoIi) payload. In preclinical studies, GQ1035 demonstrated potent anti-tumor activity in gastric cancer patient-derived organoid (PDO) and patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models, including those resistant to other Topoisomerase 1 inhibitor-based ADCs. It has shown significant tumor regression across various target expression levels while maintaining a favorable safety profile in animal models, with safety studies in non-human primates (NHPs) currently ongoing.
