Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GR2002 is a bispecific antibody targeting thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), developed by Genrix Biopharmaceutical (also referred to as Zhixiang Jintai or Genrix Shanghai Biopharmaceuticals). It is designed to inhibit TSLP by binding two distinct epitopes, thereby blocking the interaction between TSLP and its receptor (TSLPR). This mechanism aims to modulate inflammatory pathways implicated in diseases such as asthma and atopic dermatitis. The drug utilizes a Fab+Fab double antibody structure based on a common light chain platform. As of 2025, it is in Phase 1 clinical trials for both asthma and moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, administered via subcutaneous injection[2][3][4][10].
