Overview

**GR2301** is a recombinant fully human monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to human interleukin-15 (IL-15), inhibiting its activity to modulate immune responses dysregulated in autoimmune conditions. Initially developed by Chongqing Genrix Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., it targets diseases involving IL-15 overexpression, such as vitiligo, with potential broader applications in autoimmune disorders. Its investigational new drug application for clinical trials has been approved in China, and it is advancing in early-stage development for dermatological indications within skin and musculoskeletal disease areas.[1][3][5]
