Overview

GR2304 is a bispecific T-cell engager developed by Chongqing Zhixiang Jintai Biopharmaceutical (Genrix Bio). It is designed to target the PRAME (Preferentially Expressed Antigen in Melanoma) peptide-MHC complex on the surface of tumor cells while simultaneously binding to the CD3 receptor on T-cells. This dual binding facilitates the recruitment and activation of T-cells to specifically eliminate PRAME-expressing cancer cells. PRAME is a cancer-testis antigen that is highly expressed in various solid tumors and hematologic malignancies but has limited expression in normal tissues, making it a promising target for immunotherapy. GR2304 is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of PRAME-positive advanced solid tumors.
