Grafton refers to a family of **demineralized bone matrix (DBM) allograft products** used as bone graft extenders, bone graft substitutes, and bone void fillers in orthopedic and reconstructive bone grafting procedures. These products are derived from human donor bone, processed to remove minerals while preserving proteins and naturally occurring growth factors, resulting in osteoinductive and osteoconductive graft material.
