Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Graminn suppositories are a rectal medical device developed by INNventa Pharm for the local treatment and relief of symptoms associated with acute and chronic prostatitis, chronic pelvic pain syndrome, hemorrhoids, anal fissures, and anal fistulas. The formulation contains a synergistic combination of active ingredients, including Graminex NAX 7% (a standardized liposoluble rye pollen extract), sodium hyaluronate, common mallow, marigold, aloe vera extracts, clove oil, and vitamins A and E. When applied rectally, the suppositories form a protective lipid and water-absorbing barrier on the mucosal membrane. This barrier provides hydration, reduces inflammation, swelling, and pain, prevents the penetration of pathogens, and accelerates the healing of mucosal erosions and fissures.
