Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A three-drug antiemetic combination used to prevent and treat chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV). This regimen combines three different mechanisms of action: granisetron (a serotonin 5-HT3 receptor antagonist), metopimazine (a dopamine D2 receptor antagonist), and prednisolone (a corticosteroid). It is particularly effective in patients who have previously experienced CINV or who were refractory to other antiemetic treatments.
