Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GRANU FINK femina is a traditional herbal phytomedicine developed by Omega Pharma (a Perrigo company) for the management of overactive bladder (OAB) and urinary incontinence, specifically in women. The formulation consists of a triple combination of active botanical extracts: Uromedic pumpkin seeds (*Cucurbita pepo*), women's sumac (*Rhus coriaria*), and hops (*Humulus lupulus*). It is designed to strengthen the bladder-sphincter system and calm the detrusor muscle, thereby reducing symptoms such as urinary urgency, frequent urination, and bladder irritation. As a traditional herbal medicinal product (THMP) registered in Germany, its approval is based on long-standing traditional use rather than modern clinical trials, although real-world observational data supports its efficacy and tolerability profile.
