Granulocyte concentrate is a **blood product** prepared by collecting granulocytes (primarily **neutrophils**) from healthy donors, typically via **apheresis**. The donor is often pretreated with **granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF)** and/or corticosteroids (such as dexamethasone) to mobilize and increase the yield of granulocytes in the collection.
