GreenGene F

GreenGene F is a recombinant coagulation factor VIII replacement therapy for **hemophilia A**, developed by **GC Biopharma**. Available evidence identifies it as **beroctocog alfa**, a **third-generation recombinant human factor VIII** product; published characterization describes it as a **B-domain deleted FVIII protein**. Its therapeutic mechanism is straightforward factor replacement: infused FVIII restores deficient coagulation factor VIII activity, enabling formation of the intrinsic tenase complex and improving thrombin generation and hemostasis in patients with hemophilia A.
