Grilinctus

Grilinctus is a multi-ingredient cough syrup developed and manufactured by Franco-Indian Pharmaceuticals. It is formulated for the symptomatic relief of cough and upper respiratory tract symptoms associated with conditions such as the common cold and bronchitis. The medication contains four active components: dextromethorphan hydrobromide, which acts as a centrally-acting cough suppressant; chlorpheniramine maleate, an antihistamine that alleviates allergic symptoms like sneezing and runny nose; and guaifenesin and ammonium chloride, which serve as expectorants to facilitate the clearance of mucus from the airways. This combination approach addresses both the urge to cough and the underlying congestion.
