Grippol Quadri

Grippol Quadri is a quadrivalent inactivated subunit influenza vaccine developed by the Russian pharmaceutical company Petrovax Pharm. It is designed to provide protection against four strains of the influenza virus: two A subtypes (H1N1 and H3N2) and two B lineages (Victoria and Yamagata). A key feature of the vaccine is the inclusion of the proprietary adjuvant Polyoxidonium (azoximer bromide), which acts as an immunomodulator. This adjuvant allows for a significant reduction in the amount of viral antigen (5 µg per strain) compared to standard non-adjuvanted vaccines (15 µg per strain) while maintaining high immunogenicity and safety profiles. The vaccine is produced using egg-based technology and is indicated for the prevention of seasonal influenza in children, adolescents, and adults.
