Overview

**Grippol Quadrivalent** is a Petrovax quadrivalent inactivated subunit influenza vaccine adjuvanted with azoximer bromide. It is designed for prevention of seasonal influenza caused by two influenza A subtypes, A/H1N1 and A/H3N2, and influenza B viruses from the Victoria and Yamagata lineages. The vaccine contains influenza-virus surface antigens, including hemagglutinin and neuraminidase, with azoximer bromide intended to enhance immunogenicity and immune memory while enabling a reduced hemagglutinin antigen dose. Its strain composition is updated annually in accordance with World Health Organization recommendations for the Northern Hemisphere.
