**GRL-KLH** is an experimental active cancer-vaccine construct consisting of the circularized GRL decapeptide, a peptide mimotope selected to mimic the epitope of the tumor-associated disialoganglioside GD2 recognized by the chimeric anti-GD2 antibody ch14.18, chemically conjugated to keyhole limpet hemocyanin. In BALB/c mice, GRL-KLH elicited IgG antibodies that recognized purified GD2 and GD2 expressed on melanoma and neuroblastoma cells, supporting a mechanism of vaccine-induced humoral immunity against GD2-positive tumors. It has been reported in preclinical academic research and patent literature; no clinical development or marketed product status was identified.
